File Requirements

For the best print quality, please follow these guidelines when preparing your artwork.

Accepted File Formats

PNG

Preferred format for raster artwork.

Must have transparent background (alpha channel) for best results on colored garments. 300 DPI minimum at print size.

SVG

Ideal for logos and vector artwork.

All text must be outlined/converted to paths. Embedded images inside SVG must be high-resolution.

PDF

Accepted for vector or high-resolution artwork.

Single-page PDF. Embedded fonts must be outlined. No crop marks or bleed unless clearly outside the artwork area.

Max file size: 50 MB

Resolution

150 DPI at actual print size — acceptable quality
300 DPI at actual print size — best results
DPI is calculated based on your image pixel dimensions relative to the print size you select. A 1500×1500px image is 300 DPI for a 5×5 print.

Color Mode

RGB

Note: We print in RGB. CMYK files will be converted. Colors may shift slightly between screen and print — this is normal.

Background

For DTF transfers, use transparent backgrounds (PNG alpha channel). White backgrounds will print as white on the garment.

Avoid gradients that fade to white if you don't want a white glow around your design on dark garments.

Do Not Submit

  • Screenshots (low resolution)
  • JPEG with white background intended to be removed
  • Files with crop marks embedded in the art
  • Google search result images (copyright violation)
  • Watermarked stock imagery

Tips for Best Results

  • Design at 300 DPI in your editing software at the exact print size
  • Use vector formats (SVG/PDF) whenever possible for sharp edges at any size
  • Check your colors on a calibrated monitor before ordering
  • Request a proof before placing a large order (contact us)
  • For dark garments, use bold colors — thin lines can lose definition
